Band Resisted Hammer Curl
Stand tall with arms by your side and holding an exercise band that is placed under your feet. Palms are facing inwards.
Bend your elbows and bring your thumbs towards your shoulders. Straighten your elbows to return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
