Assisted Wrist Extension (Exercise Band)
Sitting in a chair. Support your forearm on your thigh. Place an exercise band under your feet and hold the band with your palm down.
Bend your wrist up, assisting the movement with your other hand. Lower your hand down without assistance from the other hand.
