Assisted trunk rotation with a stick

Lie on your back with your legs straight out in front of you.
Hold a walking stick between both hands.
Lift your arms up to 90 degrees.
Bring the stick to one side, keeping your hips against the floor.
Come back to the middle and then rotate towards the other side.
