Assisted Shoulder Internal Rotation with Exercise Band

Stand tall holding one end of a tight exercise band in one hand. Lift your arm up and bend the elbow to bring the band behind your back. Get hold of the exercise band with the with your other hand.

Pull the band upwards with the upper hand, gently bringing the lower hand up along the spine. Relax and return while breathing evenly.
