AROM uni-lateral elbow flexion (brachioradialis) – full range
Sit or stand for this exercise.
Rest your arm down by your side with your palm facing inwards towards your thigh.
Bend your elbow, bringing your thumb towards your shoulder throughout the full range of motion.
Control the movement as you steadily return your hand to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat.
