AROM thumb isolated MCP joint flexion
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up with your wrist straight and fingers relaxed.
Use your opposite hand to support the base of your thumb.
Bend the knuckle of your thumb, keeping the tip of the thumb straight.
Try to bend your knuckle as far as it can go before relaxing your thumb again.
