AROM hip flexion with runners arms standing
Stand up straight.
Bend one leg bringing your knee up in front of you.
Simultaneously swing your opposite arm forwards and the other back as though you are running.
Control the movement as you lower your arms and leg back down.
Repeat the movement, making sure you keep your body straight.
Do not lean your body, or hitch your pelvis up as you lift your leg.
