AROM cervical flexion in side lying

Lie on your side with a pillow under your head.
Allow your head to rest heavily on the pillow.
Using the pillow to support the weight of your head, move your neck forward so that you look down towards your chest.
Control the movement as you return to the starting position and repeat.
