AROM bent over hamstring curl

Stand upright in front of a box or chair.
Bend over and place your hands on the box, supporting your weight.
Lift the foot of one leg up towards your hips, keeping your knee pointing down at the ground.
Hold briefly and then return back down to the ground.
Repeat on the other side.

Required equipment: Box (plyometric), Bench
