Alternate reverse bicep curls with dumbbells (brachialis) – (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in each hand with your palms facing downwards.
Keeping your elbows by your side, slowly bend one elbow throughout the full range of motion, taking the back of your hand towards your shoulder.
Control the movement as you lower your hand back down to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat with the other side.
