Air boxing jab/cross with weight

Stand up straight with one foot stepped forwards from the other.
Hold a weight in each hand and bend your elbows, keeping your fists close into your chest.
Punch your hands forwards alternately, ensuring you quickly bring your hands back into your chest after you have punched.
Allow your upper body to rotate with the punches.
Tighten your abdominal muscles to ensure your lower body stays strong.
