AAROM elbow extension supine

Lie on your back with your arms by your side and a helper on your weaker side.
Have your assistant lift your weaker arm so that it points directly upwards.
Bend your elbow, lowering your hand toward your forehead with support from your helper.
Straighten your elbow again to point your arm upwards with some support.
Your assistant should keep your shoulder still throughout the exercise.
