AAROM cervical side flexion with overpressure

Sit upright in a chair looking straight ahead.
Tilt one ear down towards your shoulder, moving only your head, not your body or your shoulder.
Use your hand to gently pull your head down a little further.
Return to the starting position and relax, then repeat.
