'Gait' Walking forward, DR, quickly - focus heel/toe

Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist, with your back to the wall.
Quickly walk to the other side of the pool, focussing on landing each step on your heel and pushing off from your toes.
When you reach the other side, turn around quickly and return to the other side.
