'Gait' Walking forward, BA, with noodle - focus heel/toe
Stand up straight with the water at a depth instructed by your therapist.
With your back to the wall, hold a noodle in both hands in front of you.
Walk to the other side of the pool, focusing on landing each step on your heel and pushing off from your toes.
Avoid limping and try to keep your balance.
