Stand up straight with a clear area of floor around you.
Stand on the leg you would like to challenge.
Ensure you do not rest your elevated leg on this stance leg.
Imagine a "Z" shape drawn on the floor.
Starting at the bottom of the "Z", hop to the left, hop diagonally forwards to the right then hop to the left.
Reverse the movement, hopping back down the "Z" by hopping to the right, diagonally back to the left and finally to the right.
Repeat as instructed.
